Downtown

Downtown now in its third season - is an integral part of the Premier Championship Series.

Downtown is a place where participating Sponsors, Local Businesses or organisations can sell, display or promote their products/services to a captive audience.

Offering added value and family entertainment to the on track racing - Downtown has now become the location for – Live Bands, Superb Coffee, Free Kids Rides, Free Face Painting, Car Displays, Race Merchandise, Fujitsu Motorsport Show on site Studio, Competitions, Fine Foods, Driver Signings and more....

Downtown complements the racing and on track facilities available to our visiting public numbers and in turn creates a more successful event for everyone concerned.

Downtown is placed in a high public traffic area where possible at each track to maximise the opportunity.

There is plenty of business scope at this season’s racing considering the low rental charges over the sites as outlined in the Exhibitor Pack (This document has been designed for those who are looking to exhibit in Downtown).

Grid Kids Duathlon Series

Suzuki Grid Kids Duathlon is for those aged between 6 to 13 years and is held in conjunction with the New Zealand Motorsport Championship Series.  It takes place on a safe, closed-circuit track, perfect for all sporting and fitness abilities.

The duathlon puts kids centre stage with the event taking place prior to Sunday's motor racing.

The encouragement of the racing drivers set a unique scene for the kids, with the opportunity to meet drivers and get autographs and includes prizes such as being on the starting grid.

Complimentary tickets for two adults are included in entry packs - turning the kid's morning into a fun-filled family day.
