Based on the Series Production Holden Commodore 4-door saloon with V8s control body kit. The 2008-2009 season sees some significant mechanical change to the Holdens technical specification with a revised racing weight together with a front axle racing weight, the introduction of new competition front shocks together with revised front suspension geometry, water cooling for the brakes, authorised modification of the cylinder head ports, throttle position sensors for extra data logging capabilities, a new gearbox option and additional drivers side protection. Also a new ‘control’ front undertray has been introduced. All *Control Parts* are fully controlled in respect to their specification and application and where specified must be fitted.
Racing Weight: 1440kg minimum being the complete weight of the car in ‘race trim’ (including the driver). Front axle racing weight minimum of 800kg.

Competitors are limited to a maximum of 2 (sealed) engines for use during the season; however these 2 engines may be changed indiscriminately provided the seals remain intact. The introduction of a 3rd engine invokes a penalty.

- Subsequent Rounds = 6x new or used dry tyres (slick)
